1. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY 

1.1 Orders are sent within three working days of receiving payment.

1.2 Sonia reserves the right to cancel an order, i.e. if a product turns out to be sold out, due to incorrect price information or if a product is no longer available.

1.3 The return period is 14 days from the time the order is received when ordering through the online store.

1.4 The buyer is required to pay the shipping costs upon return, unless it is a defective product, in which case Sonia will cover the expenses.

1.5 If the product is returned in (good conditions) within 14 days, it will be fully refunded or can be exchanged for another product.

2.1 Please note that prices in the online store can change without notice.

2.2 All prices on the site are published subject to typographical errors.

2.3 Shipping costs depend on the customers location:

2.3.1 Orders delivered within höfuðborgarsvæðisins have an extra delivery cost of 900 kr.

2.3.2 Orders delivered outside höfuðborgarsvæðisins have an extra delivery cost of 1250 kr.

2.4 International shipping is not currently offered. Please send an email to: sonia@sonia.is if you are interested in placing an international order.

2.4 Sonia accepts credit card payments that are processed online through Rapyd's secure payment page. Offline payments with credit card can also be offered upon demand.

3.1 Sonia only asks for the information that is strictly necessary for processing the payment of products and shipments.

3.2 All information from customers in connection with the transaction is strictly confidential.

3.3 No information is provided to third parties, except those necessary to deliver the product, i.e. name, address and telephone number.
